So, here we are, rounding the final corner of 2023.
And on “Bonanza.”

A granddaughter spent the night last night–and she likes this quilt, which lives on the tv room couch.

Thanks you everyone for reading my blog and being so good about commenting. It means a lot.
I had thought to let the blog go when I left Maine, but Maine friends asked to keep it going.
I’m glad I did. But that’s due to all of you who read it.
Happy New Year 2024, and all best wishes for a wonderful year for each and every one of you.

Happy New Year Louisa! Let’s hope 2024 has lots of quilty time – may our seams be straight and bobbins full!
I started following your blog right before you moved from Maine, and I’m glad you decided to continue. I find you inspiring and motivates me to keep on sewing and gardening and cooking healthy meals. Thank you for that inspiration!
I am extremely glad you kept blogging! I think I started following after you moved from Maine. I love your quilting style as well as your recipes and reading your other adventures and sometimes misadventures! We all have them!! Happy New Year! And your granddaughter has very good taste in quilts!

I love the backing fabric on Bonanza. That is awesome. You can never have enough quilts, at least that is what I tell myself because I am running out of room to store them and display them, but I need a hobby so I keep on quilting because I love it. I’m so glad you decided to continue the blog. When I get the email in my inbox, I read it every time!!!
Happy New Year, Louisa! Such a cute picture of your granddaughter snuggling with your quilt. I love it when the grandkids sleep over. As others have said, you are an inspiration! To keep quilting, moving, cooking healthy meals and just thinking about how to live a better life. Thank you for that. Jan in MA
