A Cooking Tip

If you moved to making soup that will last several days…

…and you have a box of lettuce that will go bad if you don’t eat it…

…just add the box contents to you soup.

Many of the mixed lettuces in these boxes from California are a mixture of good greens: spinach, chard, radicchio, and other bitter greens.

They are good for you and won’t go ”bad” in the soup.

Hmmmm…

These lettuces would melt down in stir fries too.
