Washing My Handmade Purse

I’ve never washed one of my handmade purses before now.

But, the handles on my current one were beyond dingy.

And I am going to visit my family on Sunday.

So, I washed it today.

Wow!  Look at that.

Like new.

And most of all, CLEAN!

  1. That is the sign of a well made, well loved purse. Did you use batting in the layers or soft-n-stable or In-r-Form?? I like the In-r-Form because it helps bags keep their body. I used it in a linen bag last month and it stands up like a little soldier. Love your fabric!!!
