10 Banned Foods Americans Should Stop Eating

Mercola Web Site Infographic

Shopping and eating gets more difficult every day.  We have to read all the labels, know the food issues, be careful about what we buy, feel sad and frustrated, etc., etc., etc.

It’s all just a mess.

But, here’s a good infographic from the Mercola web site.  At least it simplifies information a little.  Thanks, Julie Monahan for originally posting this information on Facebook.

  1. This article was scary but not particularly helpful. So we should not eat meat, poultry, bread, or cereal, and we should stop drinking milk. No substitutes were mentioned. This article along with other similar ones will either make me stop eating altogether or just stop reading these articles.

    • I think it just means we have to do even more work in finding/preserving/cooking our food. Grassfed meat (beef, lamb) is fine. Free-range meat chickens, too. Find GMO-free/pesticide free grains. And raw milk from Jersey/Guernsey cows is great. But I hear you. We’re in a total mess with our food system… And it is scary, maddening, frustrating, etc. It is especially hard if you live in a city because it means you have to go out in the country and find your farmers… These are not easy changes to make.
